RETURN POLICY

We have a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you need to return an item, please start a return request by sending an email to customerservice@kaiyikapet.com 

You will then be provided with a return form for you to include in the return package. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend keeping your tracking number until your refund has been processed.

You should expect to receive your refund within 4 days of the package being delivered to our returns department, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes for us to process your return once receive and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
